What's the difference between the Standard and Revenue Share packages?

The Standard Package has a flat fee of $89 per event and includes all the core features you need to run a successful tournament. The Revenue Share Package is free. Just select one or more of our online registration features (team, sponsor, or fish pots). With these features, we earn a small percentage from each transaction processed. This ensures that we only get paid when your event makes a profit!
How do payments work?

All payments are processed through Stripe, a secure and trusted payment processor. When you enable online registration features, you'll connect your own Stripe account. All funds from registrations are deposited directly into your account, with the small revenue share fee automatically deducted. This gives you complete control and transparency over your tournament finances.
Can I pass the fees on to participants?

Yes! For each revenue share feature, you can decide whether to absorb the fees yourself or pass them on to your participants. Our platform makes this completely flexible and transparent, giving you control over how costs are handled.
How does the free data migration work?

If you have data from past tournaments that used different services, simply provide us with that data and we'll recreate those past tournaments in our system for free. This ensures that your historical data is preserved and demonstrates how our platform will work for your future events.
